This is a strange, low profile building that is on the very south-west edge of the city, nearer to the river, away from many of the other buildings. It seems to have not taken nearly as much damage as the surrounding structures, and has an odd reflective sheen to some of it's walls. There are some humans that live here, coming and going sporadically, but they seem to be far more interested in observing and scavenging than anything else. Behind the building is a walled garden of sorts.
