Grown-up thoughts whizzed around her head, until she reached the lake. The uncertainty all washed away when she dunked her head in for a drink. The water was refreshing, helping to clear her head. The purple Gourom closed her eyes and smiled, thinking of a nice breakfast.

Without warning, something hit her- not figuratively.... She yowled as her whole body was knocked a couple of feet before crashing into the freezing cold water. She hit the bottom of the shallow water bed with her side, and soon found her feet. Shocked, she turned to the attacker and snarled viciously. "What the hell?!" she growled through barred teeth, but her expression of anger faded as she saw the portal close behind him, and heard his apology. Her glowing eyes widened, her stance became more relaxed. "Y-you didn't mean to bump into me, huh? S-sorry, but you took me by surprise there...." she signed to him in a shaken, but less hostile tone, and waded out of the water.

The darker furred wolf put her front most paw up in an attempt to slow him down. "One question at a time.... Deep breaths. My name is Vi.... What's yours?" she stated, and grimaced a little as she looked to her side. With her blood magic, she felt for any open wounds, and there was the tiniest cut, hardly anything to be concerned about. "Are you hurt?" she asked the blue male.
