Please: Tag Courteously and Concisely!

Hello there!

Something that your admins have noticed is that often, we get tagged multiple times for one xp claim or one character application. As each of these tags shows up as a separate private message in our inbox, yet they all lead to the same post, it can make things very confusing!

There is a way to remedy this situation, however! If you have already stated a tag in one of your posts, and you merely want to edit it because you've forgotten to add something or changed your mind, please use the <b>Quick Edit</b> selection instead of the <i>Full Edit</i> selection! This will NOT tag the person you've just tagged a second, or third time, yet still allow you to alter your post just fine.

This will make things go a lot smoother! Thank you very much for your cooperation.
