XP Updates and Clarifications

Every so often as a game grows, certain systems within it need to be re-evaluated. The <a href="http://sverige.wikia.com/wiki/XP">XP claiming system</a> is one of those that has been felt to need a bit of an update so that proper weight is put on certain activities vs. others and certain aspects were clarified.

One of the main aspects that has been clarified is how to claim the additional page for threads. As suggested by one of our members, it makes more sense to clarify it in this manner: If your post on the extra page is ONLY an xp claiming post then it does not count for an additional page. If you have a single IC post on that page, and then an xp claim following, then you may claim that page as an additional page. This makes the XP claiming system for threads individually based on each character's involvement in the thread instead of relying on group involvement in the thread as a whole. This additional page xp has also been lowered slightly to give proper weight to claims in this manner.

As well, the specifics of claiming xp for completed threads as well as "hopping into threads" have been further clarified so that it is more understandable where and when you claim each.

There has been an XP claim added to the training section for those that might be training others in some activity that is a non-skill such as fishing, swimming or even fighting.

Fighting and hunting XP claims have been clarified as well.

Other XP numbers have been tweaked slightly to account for the fact that we have many things that one may claim XP for.

Please note that occasionally, it is always necessary to re-evaluate certain systems within a game such as this one and make needed changes. These changes should help clarify many things as well as give proper weight to others so that everything is a lot better overall.

Everyone should re-read over the <a href="http://sverige.wikia.com/wiki/XP">XP Wiki Page</a> to make sure that you are appraised of the latest changes. These changes go into effect as of the time of posting this news. All claims after this will be logged according to the new guidelines.
