"Oh, yes indeed. I understand that fully, miss." replies Podrem, who immediately stopped groveling for attention. He saw that Sif was determined in finishing her task on time, and knew that he too had a job to do. Shame, he had wanted to try and convince the giantess to dig a hole for his most recent project, although he could do it himself he imagined it would be a much slower process. He began to return to the fox, although over his shoulder he watched Sif, for he did indeed enjoy her company while it lasted. "Now then! Go on, shoo! Git! You've got places to be and I've got things to do, and I wish you luck on your little search, Sif, goodbye."


Podrem reached the dead vixen, and greeted it's empty, sunken gaze with a smile. making a good estimate of the fox's size, he walked off to a patch of relatively soft ground scratching lines in the dirt so that he wouldn't try to put the vulpine cadaver into a pit that it wouldn't fit into. Taking one last look at the decorated fox before he would start burying it, he whispered into it's stiff, cold auds. "Well well, little vicky, it's time to send you back to the earth..."

With that, the ubeli started to dig, looking up only every now and again to make sure nothing tried to take away the fox, and otherwise oblivious to the world.

She merely raised her brow one final time to him and then nodded, turning fully away as he capered back to his dead animal to do whatever else he was doing with it. It was a waste of time to her, to have a wolf that was determined to dress up other dead animals nicely and then put them into the ground, for as she heard the scratching of paws behind her, she knew that was what he was doing. Well, she was better off not spending too much more time around him then. If it <i>was</i> a sickness, she did not want to find out that it was catching.

With a grunt, she turned the sled thing around with a loud scrape, and then with several smaller scrapes made her way out of this creepy place with all the stones. On second thought, this place did not have anything she needed at all, but she knew there was another place that still had metal bits. She could use those, for sure, and that was where she headed now, away from the crazy wolf.
