The dynroth grinned at his surprise and shock. "Well of course it is! I've met lots of wolves who had several. Freyja always says we can learn anything we want, though I suspect there must be some kind of limit. But I haven't found any limits yet. She has light, earth and shadow besides air, at least. And Aura has several too." Aamu happily barked.

Then, Trangl brought up a rock. It wasn't a very big one but still she looked at it with interest. He seemed to drop it several times, but then brought it up fairly high before losing it again. "Looks good!" she nodded. Not that she could really judge any earth affinity users, she had no feeling with earth she knew by now, otherwise Shiloh would've been able to teach her. "My packmate Shiloh is really good at earth, but he's on a trip now. But if you want to I bet he can help you with it when he's back." she offered.

Trangl smiled at her statement. So that was possible! He now knew two elements, that is amazing. He nodded to her. Then she had also noticed that he did bring up the rock, that meant he wasn't just imagining it. She talked about a friend of hers possibly being able to help once he returned from where ever he went. The offer was nice and maybe when they did meet up they could just have a good long training trip together, maybe invite some other wolves too. "Yes! That sounds great Aamu, Thankyou! You are very kind to me all the time Aamu." he said his voice becoming soft and very genuine at the last sentence.

He began to lower himself just a bit and looked back up at her. "Do you want to land and take a look?" he said with a tilt of his head as he hovered there. He then looked back down at the hole in the earth, they were not directly over it so they should be safe if they took their time to land carefully.

Aamu smiled back at her friend. Sometimes she was surprised at what he knew and did not seem to know, but then she hadn't known about this world's magical affinities either when she'd just come through the portal. A very wet moment, she remembered.

His remark that she was being kind made her smile again. "Well you've been kind too." she said. Looking down at the hole, she thought it would probably be safe. "Yes, let's go take a look." she agreed, and lowered herself down, spiraling into the sinkhole though not so far down that she would reach the turbulence. She wasn't sure how long she would be able to stay in the air without the aid of her affinity, but she did want to taje a better look at the walls of this sinkhole. There were holes and pipes, but besides that it was a pretty straightforward hole.

Trangl smiled back with a nod as she decended. But just as he was about to follow he noticed she was not slowing down to land on the ground at the edge of the sink hold like he had thought to do. She kept going and then actually went down there. He panicked for a moment before struggling to regain his calm. She was okay, she was far better at flying than he but still he would have preferred to look down from the side.

He carefully and very cautiously made his way down holding his wings out far and grasping the air with them. He used his affinity of air to sense changes in the wind easier almost like radar on planes. This way he was more focused and stable. Sometimes using a small breeze to push up one wing if it began tilting too far or if he got a bit tired. It just assisted him enough to reduce the exhaustion process.

Soon he too was in the sinkhole and looking around at the walls of it just as Aamu was doing. It was a strange sight, pipes, roots, holes, trash, and other debris stuck out of it. He tilted his head as he was at about the same height as Aamu now. "Strange place, isn't it Aamu?" he said quietly but also loud enough to be heard over the flapping of wings.

Aamu studied the wall for a moment longer. "I wonder if all this stuff can be found along all of the ground in the city. And what it is all for." she said, seemingly thinking out loud. Then she shook her head. Maybe it would be a better idea to land now, should she want to be able to fly out again.

She went down a little further, then found what she had been looking for. The Fallen Skyscraper had fallen even further, and though she'd never visited before the events with the explosion, she recognised it from Elysia's descriptions. It would make a better place to land than most, as further below there were sharp rocks, even ignoring the circulating air. She looked up to Trangl, sure he would follow soon enough.

Trangl continued to study the walls of the sinkhole but had to be careful not to give it his full attention as he battled the air currents pushing him around slightly. He noticed Aamu had lowered even further down and thinking about it only made his wings hurt. So he tried to get down by spiraling wide around the walls close enough to avoid major wind currents knocking him off course. He then carefully landed on the sky scraper next to Aamu, a much better landing than when he first saw her today. That was a good thing because it was a delicate structure being so old and all.

He let his breathing slow as he folded his wings. He looked over at Aamu and spoke. "Ya' know Aamu, it's gonna be a real hard time getting out of this hole. Even if we do use air affinity, I doubt mine is strong enough to push me up too far. Let's try a spiral motion like what I had done to get down here. It seems the air is calmer there going in that motion. But when ever your ready." he returned his gaze out at the pipes and other things sticking out of the wall. Then looked up at the sky above.

Aamu smiled as Trangl landed softly. Ah, but that was much better. If only he kept his attention to it at all times he would be fine, she supposed. Of course, she had had more practise but that difference faded by the day.

She was quite surprised and a bit disappointed when Trangl immediately started talking of their way back up. Surely she had no intentions like that yet, but still, in case it was needed it was a good thing to know how you wanted to escape. "I did want to look around for a bit more. I can help you with the air things if you want, but I guess taking your wider route would probably help, too." she said. Then, she started sniffing around the skyscraper they stood on. It was crumbling in places, but also seemed quite steady at several point so she didn't worry about falling through. It smelled a bit like rats here, and so she used her air affinity again, to push the winds around to find any fresh scents. There weren't any, yet, so she let go of the thought. Just needed to be careful that there weren't any Giant Rats instead of the smaller vermin, but it did not seem like that was the case. Good. Now she could take a look at what this hole had to offer, and she wandered about the structure for a bit, looking into the holes of the skyscraper. There was glass, concrete, and strings made of a strange fabric. Now that was interesting. She pulled gently at some. Apart from the one piece of wire that was loose, she wasn't able to pull out anything else, however. But one small piece was enough for the moment, and she put it around her front paw wrist to take home and figure it out later. Then, she continued walking about the skyscraper. It was a strange point of view. Everything inside seemed upside down, if compared to the Science Facility she had had one brief look at before it had exploded.

Trangl's smile disappeared as she said she wanted to look around more. He was adventurous but only to a degree, he likes looking not so much getting into dangerous situations. He hesitated as she began to make her way across the building and down into the broken wall of a room. He did not follow yet, he let out a nervous whine and then slowly began to follow. He was careful not to step on glass or some other kind of sharp object. This reminded him of the time when they first met and she was pulling those humans away from the beeping object in the city.

He was so scared that day, he was not nearly as afraid now but he was not exactly calm nor confident. He kept his head low, he could smell all the old scents of things. Rotting wood or other organic material, rats, birds, other rodents. He thought it just as normal as any other buildings in the city. Old, broken, and rotting away. Abandoned by its inhabitants and left to face mother nature who seemed to give no mercy and wanted them gone. How strange, but he could understand why they needed to go. The old rotting library had made Rem sick when he took her there and he felt awful about that.

He noticed Aamu take a peice of fabric from the wall of the building and tie it around her wrist. He didn't think much of it, she wanted it for some reason and there was nothing wrong with taking it. He continued to follow slowly behind and began sniffing at the broken and strange objects. Some a smooth stone or metal of some sort, others organic like wood. He even saw a few of those smelly weird rectangle things like what he saw everywhere in the library. What a strange thing, surely the humans made all of this stuff. Why did they need such things? It's a mystery.

When coming to the stairs, Aamu finally realized why it was all so strange-looking, besides being a human building of course. "It's toppled over!" she exclaimed, looking back at Trangl - who did not seem at ease. Oh, well. Maybe it was a bit dangerous, but there were no humans around this time so it was really only rats or the building collapsing... hmm. Possibly it wasn't the best idea to be on the insides of the building then.

She turned to go back, but was distracted by the rectangle thing on the ground. She carefully prodded it with her paw, and immediately gained a cloud of dust from it, so she stepped back and blew it away with a small breeze of air. Now aware that it was mostly fallen apart, she tried moving it around on the floor - or wall, considering the building had fallen over as she had concluded. That did not seem to do anything. The outside of the thing was leather, though, and had a strange symbol on it, as if it was very meaningful. She thought it would be safe to take it, and picked it up. Doing so, however, she noticed it wasn't all leather, and she dropped it again. "That's strange. The leather skin isn't covering it at all sides." she remarked out loud, now pushing at it from the unprotected side.

"Wow!" she barked and took a few steps back. It had almost looked like it moved. But no, she herself had moved it. She sniffed it. It smelled a bit mouldy, but she thought it couldn't really hurt and opened the book again, more careful and slowly this time for she might break it. Pages crisped, most broke. There was almost nothing left, but that there had been symbols on the paper was obvious. "I wonder what those are for." she said quietly to her friend.

Trangl had just sat down as she said, "Its toppled over!" He looked around him as he perked his ears up in surprise. He tilted his head left and right to see if that was actually the case and as he tilted left he barked and thumped his tail to the floor. Sh was right! Wow, Aamu is awfully smart. He smiled at the clever observation. He seemed fairly better about their situation and far less tense or scared.

She began walking toward him as she stumbled across a book. The smile on his face faded and he stood up. "Not another one of those things... They made Rem really sick when we went to that building chalk full of them on the other side of the city." Trangl thought to himself. It was true, Rem had gotten sick when they went to the large building with great stairs in the City full of the smelly odd rectangular figures. Though there were many of them and it was probably all the mold, he didn't care for them still. He had not even tried to open them which Aamu actually managed to do quite easily revealing little symbols and delicate, decaying, materials.

He tilted his head left and right as she probed it and exclaimed aloud her astonishment at it. He was not quite as captivated by it, but she seemed to be taking things with her. He sort of wanted a thing too. So he began sniffing around piles of messed up objects. Lots of trash and debris. But then he came across something brownish in color.

It looked like fur... He tried tugging on it, thinking it was some kind of dead animal. But no. It was a fur alright. But no bones or blood or really any scent remained. It was really weird. It gave him a weird de-ja-vu feeling. He successfully pulled it out and it was rather large. Significantly longer than himself, the patterns and colors resembled that of a large elk. He draped it over his back and brought it closer to Aamu. "Aaum, look at this!" He barked with a gleam of curiosity in his eyes.

(Its a pelt and it's a lot like the one from his childhood hood and that is where he got the dejavu feeling from. As for the pelt its self he is going to keep it I purchased it it the shop. It will be something he adorns his cave with.)
