Aamu grinned a bit when her compliment was given back, then nodded. There was truth in both their comments, she knew it to be. And both of them were good at what they did, bringing in food for the days to come. Of course, half the pig was her companion's food, but she didn't mind sharing it as long as she could get some pieces home. Feeding for herself was also necessary, but she thought she would be able to bring home a leg or two for her pack, and might still eat some of the body meat.

Her new friend was about to take one of said pieces when a thought seemingly occurred to her, about the wind magic. Aamu nodded, understanding. "It takes quite some practise. I've been at that for years, but if you want to, I may be able to help you on your way with that." she figured. After all, connecting and guiding, instead of simply trying to push and pull, were basic but necessary principles and quick to teach, but hard to learn.

After that, it was feeding time, so she started to tear at the belly area, which had been bitten and clawed open already anyway and would otherwise go to waste. She'd figure out a way to tear off the legs later, she could have the softer parts now. Those were the better quirks of being a hunter - immediately satisfying your hunger when needed.

<br>This offer clearly caught Bandersnatch's full attention, and as she placed a paw ahead of the portion of hide and flesh she had hold of and used it to brace, pulling her head roughly back to rip off a bite of meat where her teeth had loosened and cut it, she looked alertly towards Aamu, and once she'd chewed and swallowed, replied with a short burst of renewed energy,<br> <font color="85295c">"Tha'd be awful kind of ya, and I'd be sure eager to learn anything I can. Though maybe we could start with names, ifn' you'd like. I'm Bandersnatch."</font>

  Bandersnatch ran her tongue across her lips a few time with a glance downwards so as not to add more drool to their feast then was already on it, as the drying blood was starting to get a bit uncomfortable, though she stayed alert and kept most of the rest of her attention on Aamu, tail wagging softly behind her.

Offering knowledge was a natural thing for Aamu, so she didn't think much of it when she had said so. To the lerkrat, it seemed a curious new thing, or perhaps she was just happy that someone offered. Either way, she seemed very happy to accept, but thought that politeness was in order here as well. The orange female grinned a bit, and nodded. "Nice meeting you Bandersnatch. I'm Aamu. Mostly hunting the larger prey with magic, as you saw. I usually bring home the smaller game because it's quicker, but I felt like a change. I'm glad you were around though." Not that she minded the dirtier work, but if she could avoid dying while trying to get her pack and mostly, her litter, the food they needed, then all the better.

Set on eating, the two of them talked less than Aamu had expected, so after a while, she shrugged. "You can come by Divum any time you like; if I'm not there, Freyja will likely tell you everything you want to know about the air." she offered. Then, with a nod, she parted ways, taking home a leg as her part of the game.
