The mention of puffs had him equally as confused as his brother. He tilted his head to the side and looked at the strangers with strange words. "Yeah, what's a puff?" He liked the idea of making new friends, after all he had always heard his father talk about being friendly to others and helping them when he could. These strangers were quite strange though. Not just their words but their size too. Very strange but then again it could just be that in the north they are built that way.

Skadi beamed happily, wagging her tail and momentarily forgetting about the whole idea of keeping herself cooler with the water when they both seemed to have interest in puffs. She could show them puffs! It would be fun! <b>"It's how I can control the air, I can make it puff at things!"</b> She offered up and then showed them both by grabbing ahold of some of the air with her still developing affinity and used it to puff out at both of them in a gentle breeze. It was fun to show off what sorts of magics there were and she nodded to both of them with a smile on her muzzle. <b>"See? It's air puffs! So I can make winds and stuffs. It's sort of fun, I even moved my sister with it once."</b> That had been when they were both a great deal smaller though, and she didn't want to try and do that to these wolves, because she wasn't sure they'd be as amused as Glacielle had once been.

Huh, that seemed like a handy trick! Seth definitely wished he had his own puff magic to blow Skye away sometimes. Seemed he wasn't so gifted then. No he just felt his own blood pumping when he concentrated and there was nothing fun about that. Pappa said it could be used for healing but Seth wasn't so interested in healing. But pushing away a sibling, well that was a good idea! Distracted, he grinned and playfully shoved at Skye. "I can make Skye fall!" he said with a mischievous sparkle in his eye.

"That's cool" he barked happily. This magic that she spoke of seemed quite useful. He could imagine a lot of uses for it, especially when combined with his existing magics. His mind drifted about combining them and was therefore distracted. Not anticipating the shove, due to his active mind, Skye did stumble a bit but didn't in fact fall. "Hey now, I'll get you back little brother." he barked playfully emphasizing the little comment and tossing a look Seth's way, fully aware of how much it bugged him.

She blinked in surprise as the one wolf shoved the other and she tilted her head, a bit of a cautious expression of worry crossing her face. She'd heard of the one time that Borealis and her sister had gotten into a fight, and she wondered if they were going to as well. Howeve,r it seemed very short lived and they smiled at each other, which made her smile again, too, giving Frey a grin and a wag of the tail as well. He'd been quiet, likely because she hadn't been, Skadi figured. It happened a lot at home, she always had a lot to say and didn't have any problem doing so where her siblings were sometimes more restrained. <b>"So can we see in to where you live? We have a wall sort of like this too, but there's not so many holes, you know! But we have all snow and ice and stuff, and big trees with spikeys on them"</b> She offered rather matter-of-factly, having no problem revealing to these wolves exactly what her home looked like. In her young puppy manner, she didn't feel like these wolves were mean, so there was no reason that they couldn't hang out a bit more. She reaffirmed, however, her grasp on her air element and used it to move the air around her form a bit so she had some wind gently waving her fur, keeping her still a bit cooler in this weird heat.

Seth snorted, loudly, at his more grey brother and narrowed his eyes at him. That was until Skadi talked again and honestly Skadi was much more interesting! "Ooh, do you think we should fill the holes with snow and ice too?" he wondered aloud before moving his right wing and paw into the direction of the pack's lands. "Yeah right this way!"

The words of his father echoed in his ears. Lessons on helping other wolves and being friendly. The wall had not been fixed on purpose, or so he thought. His father often spoke of the wall. To Skye it seemed that the wall was something that was not good but not bad either. However he didn't want to yet again try to act older than the rest and instead followed along giving his little brother a light shove as he raced past him.

She giggled and tilted her head. <b>"Well, you could, but it's hot down here! Hotter than up there. Up there it's always cold, and well, I'm kinda hot so I don't know if the snow and ice would stay that way. Does it ever snow down here? If it does, then maybe!"</b> Skadi didn't really understand the idea of seasons, honestly, since she hadn't necessarily noticed them so much up in the north, but she did understand the concept of it being warmer down here than it had been where she lived. As she thought of that, she quickly applied more of her air affinity around herself to provide a bit more breeze, wanting to keep herself cooler.

As they seemed to be ok with letting them inside of the pack, she nodded to Frey to make sure he knew to follow, even giving him a little nudge, and then went along with them happily, looking around with wide eyes. Everything was so different down here! It was just really cool! <b>"Why's there trees and also stone stuff and is that water I smell? How's it all together like this?"</b> Since, as far as she knew, things were separate, like the stone ruins were one area, and then the forest another.

Being born in spring, Seth had absolutely no idea what snow was so he shook his head. "No, what is that?" he asked her as they made their way through the pack lands, passing different mini habitats, some taken by wolves as a den site or storage site, some completely abandoned still.

Skadi asked about the trees and he shrugged. "They're just here?" he wondered if that would answer any question of hers but it would have to do, if Skye had nothing to add.

This girl had lots of strange questions, and used words that Skye hadn't heard of, he chimed in with his brother, "Yeah what is sn-ow? And how does it come?" The small band of wolves walked deeper into Zanali territory and Skye bounded ahead pretending to be his Father. They hadn't come to any landmarks yet but he thought he would try to talk about those things when they came, like his Father would.

The question posed by the female confused him. Why did she ask of the trees and stones? Could they not just be? This made him wonder what kind of a place she came from if they didn't have trees and stones. He would hate a place like that.
