It seemed Aurora was in a hurry to depart. Without much warning she lept from the tower and landed softly below. Cheater. Without wings of her own Vuple would have to climb down the stairs, the long way. After a heavy sigh she trotted off. It' not like she was upset with Aurora or anything it was just that it seemed that every wolf here was given better gifts, talents, and/or mutations than she had been given. Some grew elegant wings and could touch the skies. She had spiked sticks forking out from her head. Gee, so useful. She climbed down the stairs grumbling to the World Spirit all the way down. She had a habit of talking to it since she spent so much time with Shin.
Once she reached the bottom she joined Aurora with a grin. "Show off" she barked playfully and wagged her tail to show she wasn't upset and it wasn't intended to be an insult. Then she turned toward home. Her sense of direction had always been superior and she rarely got lost. "Well we have a bit of a journey ahead of us, better get a move on." Without seeing if she was followed but trusting she was she trotted off in the direction of home.

In retrospect, having to wait for Vuple to come down wasn't so great either. Aurora's face lit up when the red ubeli joined her outside, and gave her a playful grin in return. "It's fun, though." she offered. Then, she pulled on the gate doors with her magic, and followed Vuple who was speeding up for about the straightest way home, or so it would seem, a small orb of white light following the two through the forest as if it was their own private moon.
