        bodies sharing the small earthen chamber, the numbing cold seemed to slow time down, freezing each second as they ticked by, time wasted by as the two could do nothing but watch each glimmering speck of intricately designed flake fall down. Nakk's movement appeared to have triggered a sort of yelp from the caramel azahi, prompting the male to perk his ears curiously. It had taken him long enough but the dark wolf finally realized just how unusually fragile his companion had been as of late, surprising, given his bulky, tough appearance and muscular frame. He internally snorted, almost rolling his eyes as he questioned how would that even be possible. Sejath wasn't exactly the sickly type, or at the very least, he wouldn't've appeared to be so and one would expect a skinny fellow such as the lithe dynroth to become weak, particularly in this weather. He shrugged the thought off, figuring out it had to be his unmatchable resilience which conferred him such a great ability to withstand whatever the world had thrown his way, be it bad weather or bodily wounds, a small smirk forming across his muzzle as he internally praised himself.

In the meantime, the azahi resettled himself, tan and earthy fur intermingling with the messy, dull hairs forming Nakk's own coat, seemingly embracing the dark male in a strange, oddly contorted position. The spotted nose gently brushed across his neck and he returned the gesture, nuzzling against and burying his muzzle into Sejath's nape fur. A few murrs of pleasure filled the small chamber as he went on with the warm cuddling, his tail wagging faintly to avoid messing up the hard work that went into building the makeshift shelter.

The earthen coated male relaxed a bit as he let out a rather loud, pleased moan, closing his eyes as he took a deep breath, feeling the scents around him overtake his gentle nose. "Been a long day, huh?" He barked gently, with a smile appearing on his face. He tried to ignore the grin and pleasure the dynroth felt as he heard Sejath's yelp. After all, it was none of his business what the dark one took pleasure in, at the very least, it was not harming him in any way, for now. Seeing others in pain was not that uncommon among what people found...pleasing, as far as he was aware. At the very least his kinks did not seem to involve skinning others alive or beheading their partners.

He tensed for a mere moment as his eyes opened slightly "How did you find out that you preferred blood? Especially..the wolven kind." A possibly dangerous question, if the other was to choose to attack. But there did not seem to be any reason for such things, considering he has just ate and chose not to harm the azahi while being hungry. However, it was something rather important if his companion's kinks were...blood-related.

        unsure whether it was pleasure or tiredness, or perhaps both. He simply watched the other take in a deep breath, his eyes closed as if he was absorbing some sort of life giving mana, not the tightly packed air that had filled the small, cramped hole. A casual question was brought forth, along with a soft smile and Nakk simply reciprocated the gesture, a less-than-graceful smirk spreading across his maw once again as he replied; "I suppose." It had, indeed, been an awkward day and it wouldn't've been so if it wasn't for the weird cybernetic critter ruining what could've been a relatively peaceful day. A strong shudder which he could simply not suppress shook his body as he thought back upon the event, the image of the glinting metal which covered the hairless wolf bringing back a thumping beginning of a headache. He rid himself of the thought before it could take root and send him into yet another migraine attack, a mild groan escaping his muzzle as he did so.

Then, he was addressed another question, a stranger one which caused his smirk to turn into a half amused grin before he continued; "It's not that I prefer blood... I can't eat anything else. The thought of meat is beyond nauseating." Nakk's eyes then lowered to the ground for a mere second before he went on, his unfaltering grin holding strong; "As for wolf blood... An overly cocky mage bestowed it upon me, when his blood puddled across the ground invitingly." He didn't really have a better answer beyond that, as he had no further memories. Perhaps he might've once feasted upon meat and not blood, but he certainly could not recall such.

The earthen male stood quite for a few seconds, the other's explanation had left him thinking, as his words were rather hard to fully understand. Thinking about something that defined as beyond nauseating could just be him being extremely picky when it came to what he wished to eat. After all, any wolf should technically have the ability to digest meat, and if not..why would he find something else disgusting? After all, he though, he never imagined a rock to be disgusting or anything special it was just a rock and eating it could kill him but that was about it.

"I suppose the....mage...did not splash his blood around willingly?" He asked, rather stupid question to be fair but still a rather good point to make, considering the slight concerns he had regarding the possibly bloody male. Perhaps it was a fight perhaps it was something else, it most likely would not hurt to ask.

        curiously for any sort of reaction, though it eluded him as he watched Sejath simply hold a thoughtful expression and not much beyond. Funny was this wolf, unlike any other he had met before. His reactions were odd, off even, from his questions, down to the fact he had stayed, even when Nakk began losing control of himself. His ears drooped ever so slightly at the thought, the depressing thought of permanently losing himself within these uncontrollable desires intruding his mind and sucking the vitality out of him.

Nonetheless, he shrugged it off and continued listening, an interesting question having been brought up this time. The male grinned again, almost maliciously this time as he recalled that one interaction from what felt like forever ago. "Oh no, not at all. The boy was feisty, dared pick a fight with the wrong male; That's me; and found out the hard way why that isn't a good idea. He thought that just because I'm of a meager stature, I couldn't hold my ground." His eyes then trailed upwards in amusement before he went on; "But then again, doesn't everyone?" He had found his appearance, disappointing as it was, was useful for tricking wolves into either picking fights with him or just offering him shelter and food, which he was always beyond happy to accept. His existence in this world had pretty much been just that. Taking advantage of the gross kindness displayed by almost every single wolf he had come across.

With the question answered, the dark dynroth resettled into the cramped space and leaned his head quietly into the other's neck fur, nuzzling into the soft furs before setting his head down, wondering if the darned weather would eventually clear. Not that he didn't enjoy sharing his space with another soul, but because he wasn't exactly fond of being stuck in a cramped den wanna-be.

It didn't take long for Nakk to drift off, the work and previous hunger having drained him of the little energy he possessed. The chilling cold didn't help either, his lack of fat deposits betraying him and allowing the cold to seep right through his bones, a feeling he had to endure every year ever since he had arrived in this world. He was thankful though. He didn't get the chance to alleviate the pain all that often and being snuggled up in a tight fit den with a trustworthy companion helped a lot in keeping the freezing cold at bay.

It was something he could do with for now and so, taking note of the other male's silence, he simply allowed himself to fall into a peaceful slumber, one he would not experience again anytime soon as he woke several hours into the bristling cold morning all alone, the previously chock full den now left all to himself. With little traces of Sejath's presence left and with the still falling snow having covered any trace he might've left, Nakk couldn't help but wonder, for just a moment, if the male was safe... wherever he might've been now.
