Creating a New wolf.
I am currently working on the descriptions of, and the obtaining of the two "mutations" for what I hope to be an Ubeli on the site.  I just wanted to make sure she would be suitable enough for this breed.  She does have the same large/fluffy ears and long legs with smaller paws.  However!  I wanted to make sure that having a "mane" so to speak was okay.  She has a filled out chest area from her fur being longer here, as well as a tuft of fur on her forehead.  Her tail is what I am mostly concerned about, originally my idea was to have her tail be similar to that of a mountain lion, with a thick more muscular appearance rather than the bushy-ness of a wolfs' tail.  Her tail was also originally supposed to be rather long - for no true purpose, just an aesthetic thing. 

To continue with all my silly questions; In the shop I saw that a few things were "free"  are these free for all users or do they only count for the two "free" mutations?  And as far as the Animal companion goes, is this available as a free thing?  I would love to do that for Symia as I never really desired for her to be super fancy.  

And is it acceptable for her to have a past in mind (I know what her past is) but not be able to recall it currently? and if so, should I detail her past but note that she is not aware of it?

I think that is it for questions.  I will get back to deciding how best to describe her.

So, the thing with our species here is that the outline of the species and what they look like on their pages IS how they must look, so you will be a bit limited in some things depending on what species you pick. However, you are right, ubeli do have small paws with long legs and they are essentially the only ones that are described in that fashion. Large, thick rounded ears also fit that description.

Not sure what you mean by extra "fluff" on the ears, that might be a style mutation to give additional "fluff" more so than just a normal wolf looking ear. It's difficult to tell this from your image, tbh, since I'm not sure if you're talking about extra fluff "more" than a normal wolf's fluff that they might have around their ear or not?

The few things about the appearance I can answer off the bat:
YES - it will be a style mutation for a tuft of fur on her forehead
YES - another style mutation if you want "extra" fur like a mane on her chest
Also - NO, there's not currently a mutation to change a tail's "structure". So all wolves have bushy wolf shaped tails only. And they won't be longer than just above the ground (in a female ubeli that has a slightly longer tail than a male). However, if you do want to just have extra long fur on the tail - that would be possible as a style mutation.

Since each of those would have to be separate mutations, you won't be able to start out with all of them at once - however, you gain crowns pretty fast on this site by simply posting and even just viewing the site, and crowns = shop spending money! So you can elaborate on appearance as you role-play. Mutations can be purchased from the shop whenever you like and added into your character's profile.

The shop items that are marked at ZERO cost are items that anyone can buy themselves and apply at any time, for no cost. These are considered "known mutations" that frequently pop up in the wolves of Sverige.

The things that are available as far as your "Two free things" are any of the shop items that have a crown "cost" that is not zero, unless it states otherwise in the description. There are a few things in the shop that may not be taken by a beginner character. So you can choose Animal Companion as one of your free things. Just keep in mind that there are rules for Animal companions that you'll need to take a look at as well: http://sverige.wikia.com/wiki/Animal_Companions

I honestly don't care if you have a past that she cannot remember at this time. Just keep in mind that no wolf that starts the game on Sverige has any knowledge or concept of humans. The ones that live here with a history in these lands have only just now come near these stone ruins as they've joined the game and have no knowledge that humans even exist at this point . . . and the ones that have come from other "lands" through a portal are considered to have lost all knowledge of anything human like via the magics of the portal. This is to keep everyone on the same sort of playing field. Otherwise, feel free to have her history as you want, the only thing required in her history is to know whether she is a native of "these lands" or has come from another world via a portal.

If I want to have animal companion as one of my skills (or mutation?) where would I post about that in the profile?  Would it be included in the mutations area?  I believe I am going to go with that (a Ural owl) and one Style adaptation for her "collar" of fur.  Her tail will be fine as normal, its length originally was only just a bit longer than the ground (and always curled) but changing that to a normal style isn't an issue for her.
