[ OPEN ]

Aura smiled happily at the gourom's excitement. It was always nice when a wolf was grateful for the aid it was getting, it made her feel doubly good about helping them. After the whole procedure, she watched as Vi looked around happily and slowly. "Ah! Well that makes sense. I had a friend that was a gourom a long while ago that also liked the worms and grubs she found underground too! I guess it's easier for me to taste all the things because of my wings, too." However, now that she thought of that, she did have an opportunity for the other wolf to taste some of these things. With a smile, she fluttered upwards slowly towards one of the trees that was just nearby, a tree with big, red apples on it. getting up to the nearest branch, she nodded to it, and it sort of wiggled it's way down, as she used her earthen magic to get it with it's fruit closer to the gourom. "These are some of my favorite. Nice and crunchy!"

The purple Gourom wagged her stumpy tail as the tiny Azahi fluttered by the tree and took down a juicy red apple. She took a sniff at it as it was held close to her. "I've had one before, I think. But I have to wait until they're on the ground, do they come in green?" she barked to the other, since the familiar smelling fruit she'd had before was of a different colour. Vi gently took the apple with her maw, put it on the floor and held it still with her paw while she took a massive chomp out of it. A satisfying crunch and a lot of juice emerged from the fruit, and her face lit up as she chewed, moving her head from side to side to mash it up with her canines. "Amazing!" she signed with her mouth full.

Aura smiled happily at Vi seeming to be pleased with the apples. When she asked about them coming in green she tilted her head to one side and nodded. "Well either they're a different type than the type I know, or they just aren't grown enough yet. I mean, they're all tasty in their own way I think!" She offered up hopefully, imagining that would be the case, but not offended in the slightest by the idea that there were different things out there that still satisfied just as well.  It was like how the world around them was, all wolves were different and they all had their own manners and ways they dealt with the world.

However, it did seem that her new friend liked the apples and Aura giggled slightly, nodding. "They are pretty awesome. I mean, I know that you have to sort of eat a lot of these to get really full if you're normal sized, unlike me, but I keep them growing all the time because I like them a whole lot! Do you have a favorite food?" She inquired curiously, wanting to know more about Vi in gneral.

Vi crunched the apple, quickly devouring it as Aura spoke, nodding along as she listened. A question was directed at her as she was eating. She held her front most paw up for a few moments as she chewed and swallowed the last bit. Her paw went down and she answered. "I like variety, and since my belly is usually full of bugs and roots, I tend to crave meat, or more juicy plants... I wouldnt say they were my favourite, though. How about you?"

The tiny azahi grinned at Vi, nodding. "Meat is good but hard to get when you're small unless I use magic. But my favorite is this!" She offered up with a happy yip, using her magical prowess with the earthen element to grow up a small green vine that soon was encouraged to sprout large red fruits on it. They were a somewhat a bit lighter in color than the apples, and she batted one of them off with a paw towards Vi. It was a lot squishier than the apples, too as it thunked on the ground. "It's a tomato! It's really good, and really juicy! I used to find them where I lived long ago, I don't really see them around here much but I bet you could grow them without magic, they have lots of little seeds." Joyfully, she nommed one off of the vine happily, the fruit squishing between her jaws and some of the juices dribbling out onto the ground. She didn't care though, after all it was tasty!

The purple Gourom wagged her tail. "Her favourite? Oh I can't wait!" she thought. As the plant grew she could feel herself salivating. It did look nice! A plump squishy red fruit was out in front of her. As Aura took her bite, Vi took hers. The whole tomato fit in her mouth easily, and the fruit was easily squished by the powerful wolf jaws... But as soon as the juices came out, the female gourom froze, then opened her maw, lowering her head to let it out. Her white tongue stuck out, and she shook head at the other. "Uh uh!" she mumbled in disapproval.

Aura smiled, her small tail swishing merrily as she watched Vi try the fruit. Unfortunately, it looked as though the gourom simply didn't like it, and she shrugged a bit, her wings fluttering. "It's ok, it's not for everyone. That's why I grow lots of different fruits here, because well, not all wolves like the same thing and I think it's nice to have something to eat at least, for those that might come across this area!" Was her merry bark, not even the slightest bit upset at her new friends' dislike of her favorite thing. It was simply the nature of how Aura was, things like that just didn't bother her like they might some others. "You know, you can always hang out here if you want and I can even find ways to make some of the trees shorter so you can get the better fruits. I don't suppose it matter show big they are, right?" She looked up at one of the trees, realizing that if she didn't have wings, it would be quite difficult to get up there. It was an interesting idea. "Do you have a pack that you are a part of?" Was her next query, wondering if it were any that she knew.

Still tasting the tomato, she tore off some grass by her feet, and rolled it around in her mouth before spitting that too. She shrugged. "Guess we have different tastes." she chuckled as she was satisfied with her cleansed palette. The tiny Azahi spoke again, which prompted her stumpy tail to wag. "I'd ... love that. I mean... I have a place to go, Divum. I'd rather not be stuck in one place though, you know? It's just Aamu is there and she has helped me though a lot..." she trailed off, realising she was goingon a tangent. Giving an apologetic smile and shrug, she directed the same question back to her. "What about you?"

She smiled at Vi, showing she was not offended by the gourom's different taste. It honestly wouldn't' have bothered her in any circumstance, it was simply a fact of life that all wolves were different and had different ways about one another. When Vi spoke of Divum, she grinned and nodded, wagging her tail. "Yeah, I know them! They're pretty nice, and they have some powerful magic users there, too. It's a good place to be, and honestly, I don't think they'd even mind if you were in and out sometimes." Knowing the wolves that lived there anyhow, they had always seemed very relaxed. "I don't feel like I'd fit in with a pack. I don't know, it's just that I had a pack where I lived on my old world and I feel like I'm still part of that, in spirit. Also, I just like helping everyone, and I'm not sure all packs would like that." After all, that was the crux of the reason why she didn't just go ahead and stay in one or another. If a pack had an enemy, well then Aura couldn't aid them no matter what, she supposed.

Vi smiled politely, but what Aura said had put her mind in pandemonium. Her lit up cyan eyes seemed to scout the floor as she thought about Aamu, Divum, responsibility, and whether she was ready or even wanted any of that. After a somewhat lengthy interim, she nodded. "Yeah I kinda feel the same. I miss my real pack. I was just getting started, moving out of mum's, going hunting myself and then this place..." The Gourom's barks became more and more assailing. Her middle paws stomped on the ground. The purple wolf twisted her head so she wasn't looking at the dwarf wolf as tears formed in her eyes. "How long have you been here?" she softly questioned.
